Town of Groveland
Groveland is a small residential community which retains all of the characteristics of a friendly rural town in the setting of a convenient suburb.
The town supports baseball and soccer fields, basketball courts, picnic areas and parks, as well as boating facilities on the Merrimac River, all of which are heavily used by residents. Located in northeastern Massachusetts, bordered by West Newbury on the north, Newbury and Georgetown on the east, Boxford on the south, and Haverhill on the west. Groveland is 31 miles north of Boston and 255 miles from New York City.

SOFTBALL SIGNUPS Softball signups are held on the last Saturday of basketball games at the Bagnall School gym, usually the week before February vacation as well as an evening in February, at Town Hall. If you missed signups, mail registrations will be accepted through March 15th. Registration fees: Instructional League (K-2nd grades) - $ 35.00 Minor League (3rd & 4th grades) - $ 50.00 Major Leagues A & B (5th - 8th grades) - $ 80.00 NOTE: $10.00 discount if registering more than one child in a family.
