Community Outreach
Throughout the year, the Newburyport Mothers Club team of Community Connections Officers organizes a tremendous amount of drives and donations. In the NMC, we are so happy to be part of the community and take a strong civic responsibility. Below is a sample list of the donations and events we have been a proud member of.
At the NMC Holiday Party in December, we collected 61 pairs of new pajamas and 19 new books for the Eastern MA Chapter of the Pajama Program, (www.pajamaprogram.org) which provides them to needy children, many of whom are waiting and hoping to be adopted.
