Allison Fisher

I am new to the NMC board this year and am very excited to be planning kids’ outings for 2010. After attending many NMC events, I decided it was my turn to give back to the community and become more involved with such a great club and network of local families. My husband, Bill, and I have lived in Newburyport for the past four-and-a-half years. After dating long distance for two years, we decided to move to Newburyport the year we got married. We will be married five years in June and now have two beautiful girls, Olivia, 2, and Addison, 3 months. I grew up in Braintree and received my BS in Sports Medicine from Merrimack College. Then I moved to Ithaca, NY, where I lived for five years after completing my master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Ithaca College. After years of working as a Certified Athletic Trainer, traveling with various sports teams, I returned to my alma mater, Merrimack College, as a Clinical Instructor in the Sports Medicine Department. After having my second daughter this past September, I am currently a stay-at-home mommy enjoying raising my girls and spending time with friends and family.
